Tiny Tim’s Tattoos was established by Tim Sconce in Sedro Woolley, WA in 1989. Since that time, Tiny Tim has tattooed generations of northwest Washington residents and developed a large following of returning clients. He is currently the artist of choice for several international gatherings and conferences with satisfied clients from all over the world. Tim’s work has been featured on television and in numerous tattoo magazines and has won many awards.

With his thirty years of expertise, Tiny Tim takes the time to offer the insights needed to select, design, and apply the fantastic pieces of art you crave. Have old or bad ink that no longer brings you joy? Tim will refresh it into art you are proud to show off. He will honestly tell you if it can be done and his skill at cover ups is incredible and well documented. A tribute to his skill and popularity, Tiny Tim’s style of art is often imitated, but never duplicated. He works efficiently and skillfully to give you the best art for the best value.

Radar Sconce literally grew up learning art and tattooing in his father’s shop. After recently spending a year fleshing out his experience working in Hollywood, Radar has returned to his roots and is available several days a week at Tiny Tim’s Tattoos. Radar specializes in Old School ink and intricate lettering designs. He continually challenges himself to develop his personal style of edgy and abstract art and proudly designs some of the finest tattoos in the Valley.
